Plastic model kit of a British fighter jet from the 1950s. The Hawker Hunter proved the old adage if it looks right, it is right. It was a beauty of aviation, streamlined and refined, but a lethal fighter at heart. Highlighting the Hunter's adaptability, the FGA.9 variant was developed in response to the RAF's requirement to replace the Venom ground attack aircraft in service with units in the Middle East and was essentially an F.6 cell optimised for close air support missions. The strengthening of the Hunter wing enabled it to carry an impressive number of attack guns, and the FGA.9 gave the RAF one of its most capable ground attack aircraft. 128 Hunter FGA.9s saw service with domestic and foreign squadrons. 124 parts, length built 291.3 mm / width 213.7 mm / height 83.5 mm.
