1. Payment methods
To facilitate secure and convenient shopping in the FALLER online shop, we offer the following payment methods, depending on the country of delivery:
- Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa)
- PayPal
- Instant transfer
- Purchase on account
Gebr. FALLER GmbH reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases and to refer to other payment methods.
Payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa)
In the FALLER online shop we accept credit cards issued by the providers "Mastercard" and "VISA".Payments can only be made up to a maximum amount of EUR 1,000. To pay by credit card, you will need the 16-digit card number, the validity period and the security code (also called CVV/CVC). On VISA and Mastercard cards, the security code is the last 3 digits in the signature field on the back of the card. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your order.
Payment by PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly. At the end of the order process you will be transferred directly to the PayPal website to make your payment, and the amount will be debited from your credit card or bank account. After successfully making a payment with PayPal, you will be redirected to the FALLER online shop. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can open a PayPal account during the ordering process and then confirm the payment.You can find more information about PayPal at www.paypal.de.
Payment by instant transfer
Instant transfer is an easy-to-use, direct bank transfer procedure which is based on the high security standards of online banking and regularly checked by the TÜV for data protection security. Instant transfer works like a normal online bank transfer from your bank. In principle, every customer can use instant transfer as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Immediately after you have clicked on the "Order with an obligation to pay" button at the checkout, the transfer process is started and the transfer screen is loaded. In a prefilled transfer form (payment recipient, order number, invoice amount, purpose of transfer) you only need to enter your IBAN, your BIC and your name, and finally confirm the transaction as usual with a PIN/TAN generated by your online banking. Please note that there are a few banks that do not yet offer instant transfer.
Purchase on account
The FALLER online shop gives you the option of paying on account when we send you an invoice. After ordering, we will send you our bank details and the reason for payment by e-mail and on the printed invoice enclosed with the delivery.
Please only send payment to one of the accounts and please enter the correct reason for payment so that the payments can be linked to your order.
If you choose to purchase on account, your data (meaning all personal data concerning you, e.g. your name and contact details) may be passed on to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hammfelddamm 13, 41460 Neuss, for a credit check. If this check does not produce the desired result, e.g. because the data cannot be linked to data correctly, we will automatically offer you other available payment methods. The information that must be provided pursuant to Article 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding data processing by Creditreform Boniversum GmbH is available here: www.boniversum.de/eu-dsgvo.
For returns, the relevant amount is credited back to the bank account from which you transferred the payment.
2. Invoice
The invoice will be sent in PDF format by email.
3. Security
We use tested encryption techniques to protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties. With SSL (Secure Socket Layer), all order and credit card data is transmitted to us in encrypted form and is of course handled confidentially.
