Due to the relocation of our IT systems, when you log in for the first time, you have to set a new password for your previously registered e-mail address.

1. Your Account

Select the menu items “Account” and “Login” on the homepage to log in the FALLER online shop.

2. Set a new password

Then, please request an e-mail with a link to change your password under “Forgotten Password”.

3. Login

After completing the process, you can log in with your new password by clicking on “Account” and “Login” in the menu.

4. Account overview

After logging in, you will be taken to the overview of your account with your personal details, the area for your future orders and a watch list where you can save your favourite products.

5. Watch list

Click on the heart symbol next to a product to add it as a favourite to your watch list.
