The Game Color series of acrylic paints was developed by experts together with professional artists and is intended for painting fantasy and wargame characters. The range was developed according to the BSL (Base, Shadow, Light) figure painting system. This method features color-matched triads of base, shadow, and accent hues. The selection of the colors is thus made considerably easier, and even the less experienced painter can set perfect accents and shades on his model. The colors are easy to apply and mix, have a matte finish and excellent self-levelling properties, preventing brush marks from showing on the painted surface. The colors have a high resistance to abrasion. The color spreads very smoothly, is highly opaque and contains a high level of pigment saturation, selected for its brightness, maximum stability and lightfastness. The new r-PET (recycled/recyclable) plastic bottle is completely transparent, improving color visualization and reinforcing Vallejo's commitment to sustainability and the environment. In addition, the lid has now been provided with a security seal. The paint is applied with a brush or, slightly diluted with the airbrush thinner, also with the airbrush. All colors from the Game Color range are manufactured according to European regulations and comply with ASTM D-4236.
