School and town hall building with two-storeys and an attic featuring a half-hipped roof, tile covering and two extensions of different height with present-day plate roof. The ground floor of that brick building with masonry window lintels is of a colour that contrasts with both upper storeys featuring shingle siding. The kit includes roof windows for optional use. This building kit contains: 398 single parts in 7 colours, window foil, 1 paper mask and 1 construction instruction.
