"Gold shone on the bows and silver glittered on every ship. The fleet was magnificent and its captain could conquer entire worlds by showing it off. The mere sight of the fleet could strike fear into the hearts of the enemy. King Olaf Tryggvesson named his drakkar ""Ormen Lange"", the Long Snake, and it became a legend of the North Sea. These drakkars were decorated with a dragon's head shape and could grow up to 48 metres long. Drakkars had to be light and extremely manoeuvrable. The kit contains: Plank on bulkheads
