Exhibition tip: ‘500th Anniversary of the Reformation - Luther’s legacy in Leinfelden-Echterdingen’ in the Leinfelden-Echterdingen Town Museum

‘500th Anniversary of the Reformation - Luther’s legacy in Leinfelden-Echterdingen’ is an exhibition organised by the Leinfelden-Echterdingen municipal archive. From 2nd April to 30th July 2017, the focus of the exhibition in the town’s museum will be on demonstrating the development of the Church in Echterdingen, which had a close relationship with the Bebenhausen monastery during the middle ages.

The special exhibition offers visitors a rich experience and is well worth visiting, and it also presents the FALLER ‘Bebenhausen monastery’ construction kit..

Albrecht Koch from Stetten was the chosen volunteer tasked with building the dioramas and display cases, who also fitted the model with numerous additional features so that visitors could ring the bells in the tower, for example, or illuminate individual buildings at the press of a button in order to find their bearings in the model.

Duration of the exhibition: 2nd April - 30th July 2017

Opening times: Sundays: 10.30am - 12.30pm / 2.30pm - 5.30pm

Entry is free of charge.
