You can get to Volgelsheim in Alsace, France via Breisach in Baden.
The journey begins in the faithfully reconstructed tower station at Volgelsheim, built in 1880 (FALLER new product, Art. Nr. 110121).
The steam locomotive (construction year 1900) pulls wagons that have open platforms along the installations that make up the Rhine harbour.
The first stop at the depot means that you can have a look at more historic locomotives.
The journey continues through Ried in the Alsace and continues to the mooring at Sans-Souci, where the journey continues by ship.
The hour-long ship's voyage takes you past the vineyards of the Kaiserstuhls and views of the Black Forest, ending in Breisach.
From there, the steam locomotive will return you to the station.
